We’re looking for a Partner to help bring multiple web and mobile app concepts to life. If you love building intuitive, engaging products, and are happy to be featured discussing your work in podcasts, videos, and live streams, this role is for you. Commitment: Part-time (two-year equity role, transition to salaried after 2 year)

We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our founding team and help bring this vision to life.

As Project Manager, you will play a central role in orchestrating people, processes, and projects across our studio. You’ll oversee the recruitment and coordination of volunteer contributors, assist with managing our growing community, and help organize events that foster collaboration and engagement.

You’ll also support the content production pipeline, ensuring contributors stay on track and deliverables meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do

Keep cross-functional teams aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Manage timelines and workflows across multiple product and content teams
Lead weekly check-ins and ensure follow-through on key tasks
Support founders and product leads with coordination, scheduling, and task tracking
Help streamline communication across RocketBean Studio’s partner and volunteer network

Appear on camera for event content, interviews, and community spotlights (comfortable being featured in content is a must!)

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of volunteer contributors across roles (design, dev, marketing, etc.) 
Track volunteer assignments, progress, and milestones 
Foster a positive and collaborative volunteer culture

Support the planning and logistics of RocketBean events and launches
Anticipate blockers and help the team stay focused
