We’re recruiting an entrepreneurial-minded Product Manager with a technical focus to oversee the development of multiple digital products, lead technical strategy, and manage our team of developers.

As Product Manager (Technical Focus), you’ll be the bridge between our business goals and development execution. You’ll manage the designers and developers, oversee technical implementation, and integrate AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Own the product lifecycle: discovery, validation, MVP scoping, and iteration
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators
Collaborate on user research and manage feedback loops
Translate product requirements into technical specs, user stories, and developer tickets 
Write and manage user stories, roadmaps, and sprint planning

Help shape product narratives and contribute to public-facing storytelling
Appear on camera for event content, interviews, and community spotlights (comfortable being featured in content is a must!)

Skills & Qualifications

Curious, collaborative, and excited by early-stage ideas
Strong communicator with basic understanding of product processes
Startup-savvy or eager to learn the fast-paced, lean startup approach

Comfortable using tools like Notion, Coda, Figma, or Monday.com
Bonus: experience with user research or startup content
