We’re looking for a Partner to help bring multiple web and mobile app concepts to life. If you love building intuitive, engaging products, and are happy to be featured discussing your work in podcasts, videos, and live streams, this role is for you. Commitment: Part-time (two-year equity role, transition to salaried after 2 year)

We’re looking for a Media Manager / Editor who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and wants to help shape our voice, visuals, and brand through video, social media, and storytelling.

The Media Manager / Editor will lead RocketBean Studio’s content creation efforts across platforms. You’ll draft, film, edit, write, and post content—capturing our team’s journey building startups, hosting events, and innovating in public.

What You’ll Do

Create compelling video content from idea to final edit
Write clear, engaging copy for social media, captions, posts, and scripts
Manage RocketBean Studio’s social media channels, posting and interacting with the community
Collaborate with the team to plan content aligned with product launches, events, and milestones

Edit video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
Appear on-camera as part of our storytelling team

Plan and manage content calendars 
Film, edit, and publish video content (interviews, behind-the-scenes, product updates)

Skill & Qualifications

Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
Copywriting skills for captions, posts, and promotional content

Comfortable being on camera, collaborating creatively, and building in public
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
Bonus: Motion graphics, Canva, basic graphic design skills
